No idea, I'm lost. Damn Sat nav!

I've been doing daily dips since January.

First time I tried it I literally couldn't get in as the pain in my feet was awful.

I bough water slippers and they made a big difference .

If they could bottle that feeling you get after doing a dip they would make a fortune lol

I also do the salt caves twice a month too.

Not convinced on the health benefits but I enjoy doing it so will continue.

I do this daily… allegedly gets your white blood cells motivated which is good for your immune system…. It’s also a cracking feeling

West Coast of Scotland

Love it here, have a waterfall 10 mins from the house we sit and relax in. Definitely has helped my head be off for a dip soon.

I've been doing what is now called "Open Water Swimming" since I was a kid. We just called it free swimming because we didn't have to pay to go in the sea or the river.

I still swim every day in the sea. The colder the better.

I do this occasionally but I struggle as I don't want to go on my own for safety.

Stay nowhere near the sea or lochs but I stand under a cold shower for about 3-5 mins after my daily hot shower every morning. Feel great after it.

I go in off the south Fife coastal beaches. But really anywhere I can get decent access lol. The vagus nerve benefits are awesome.

Have you been to Cellardyke in Fife?. Was there a few weeks ago just after it reopened after construction work and it was amazing. Even better when the weather was glorious. Lovely part of the world as well.
