The aims of a fake?

We all pretty much have had them, why do they do it? What do you think they get from it?

Just how misslead have you been? Were they extra crafty?

Been lucky enough to not have come across a fake yet. But then a quick cam session clears up any of that before you even get started.

Do watch that programme catfish on mtv, and do wonder how some people in this day and age can be so naivie and not call or cam and believe whole eharttly someone on the internet/

There is far too many people on it trying to be something there not.

I think that first off there are genuine reasons some people cancel meetings and they shouldn't be classed as fakes. No matter how upset about it you are.

The true fake is a person who creates and drops a profile once a month. Has no pics and very little info, rarely verified even by photo. They get off on the idea of a meet. Like the build up to it, particularly if you're exchanging dirty messages. But once they've cum they loose interest, it goes deathly quiet and sometimes they erase the profile. Only for it to reappear the next time they are horny with a different username.

I don't think many do it just so they can make people go to a car park in the middle of nowhere for a laugh, although I know of one occasion where that happened to a bunch of guys! (not me btw)

For some, porn is not enough anymore and the anticipation of a real person coming to do stuff with them is what gets them off. But once they're off that's it.

Just check out the number of new profiles created on weekends. Then go back a few weeks later and you'll see the same blurry crap pics.

Never been stung

Some join simply for attention and to chat, no intention in ever meeting.

Most are simply wasting your time, not theirs, as this is what they want.

Some send fake pics, pretending to something they are not, knowing you will never actually meet them.

I would say a small % are the ones that do it just for a kick....

its a reflective ask to all, its not yours truely peeved at falling for any fake tricks.
