Hence the Great in Great Western, if yours Glasgow or West End there’s a lot of permit/meter parking now. Not sure there’s anything free there.

If you check it’s nearly eleven miles long in total . ( please note I’m not saying something is nearly 11 although a lady says it’s only 4 )

Only hope is if you get a meet with someone with a blue badge then you can use street parking bays for free . ( I’m joking honest but worth a try )

Too late to help the OP but buying a park n ride ticket at kelvinbridge subway was my option in the past cheaper than on street meters.

Not sure of pricing these days though
