Really feel for you guys.

Suffered from this for years till doc prescribed quetiapine.

Now I'm comatosed for eight hours every night...

Bit drowsy next morning but that's the lesser of the two evils...

Unless it's a persisting problem and you rarely get much sleep rather than just unable to get an early night then that's not really insomnia!

I'm lucky in that i dont have insomnia but i've always found it impossible to sleep at nights, it can be both rather boring and frustrating to say the least not to mention on how it's had an impact on my life.

If you just cant get an early night then know that it could be worse than that slight annoyance!
