While I totally respect everyone's choices to be in (or not be in) stealth mode when viewing other profiles

I've often wondered what the ratio of stealth users to non stealth users is

My gut feeling (and this is based on nothing more than my belly rumbling at the smell of the chilli cooking in the kitchen) is that this is pretty polar between male / female

Higher proportion of females in stealth mode so as not to illicit the "thanks for looking at my profile" emails

Higher proportion of males in non stealth mode so as to highlight when they've viewed a profile

Would fab be a better place if no one knew who had viewed your profile and kept a bit of anonymity and discretion ?

No! Definitely a No No

This serves no purposes whatsoever ever

Some people don’t like to be known looking at profiles, some do, it’s your choice.

Not sure if this is true but if you pay for fab then you should have the choice to hide your profile from profiles views. If you don’t pay then you should not be able to hide your views

How do you “Stealth” view

I have a memory like a sieve and sometime find myself clicking on links as forgotten the user. And or picture. Then remember I looked 10 mins ago. I. An understand that that can look stalkerish.

Phrased something like "Show on who has looked at me" you chose tick to show - cross to not show

I reckon you would be spot on with your thoughts on the ratios and reasons OP.

I wouldn't make any difference to my fab experience as I never look at who's looked at me

Also you have to remember, if someone clicks on your profile and immediately click off, it shows up on your profile as "Just This Minute" and last 6 minutes that they are on you profile when they are not, so can be misleading

So I’m usually in stealth mode

But then if I want someone to know I’ve been looking I come out of it

If I didn’t go into stealth all the time guys would think I was interested just because I looked

That clearly isn’t the case
