GLASGOW

If you are a fan of rock/metal/alternative music check out Cycle Pit ,its a spin class workout to great tunes (im a metal fan myself)

Failing that most Glasgow Club leisure centres have plenty of classes on from FT Fit to Metafit to Circuit Training etc.

F45 is a good class and it's in city centre
