Hey I also have the same dilemma so am a bit selective who I swallow and who I spit and what cocks I'd suck. But it's really based on a guy feel on the hygiene of the person and what they say about sexual health and their history. To be honest sucking whether swallow or not is a risk and a person's appearance doesn't really mean jack I guess but it helps me rationalise. Thanks mate. I think we’re of the same view. I need cleanliness and hopefully the guy takes pride in how he looks as well as hygiene.

And you’re right about the risk even just sucking dick, THATS never stopped me LOL.
