Could be a glitch. Could be people you've previously communicated with. They will still be able to message you.

Block and delete if it bothers you.

Probably the site aka the coding.

There were glitches previously and might still be ongoing which if you blocked over 200 people then the block automatically came off unblocking everyone you blocked

Also if single men blocked MM then those MM profiles could still message you

These two were just coding issues, your problem is a bit different as most guys when blocked single men they can message
