Whisky does odd things to me, got naked and ran round a golf course. It was very foggy, the weather i mean, not the memory of it,,

Looks like fun, I wish I'd known about this a few weeks ago, could have done some forward planning. £30 for 7 drams doesn't sound bad!

Have fun!

"Actually, I think Grouse is pretty good!"

Not tried the Naked or Snow versions yet but Original is my favourite 'cooking' whisky and the Black Grouse was quite interesting.

I love a nice macallan next to a roaring fire, sat cosied up with someone sexy and some great conversation...

Not so fond of blends. The whisky bar in the hotel I got married in is ace - and even tho the marriage is ancient history, my love for the hotel, and that bar stands

It's really disappointing when you stop in a hotel (or bar) and find they have no real whisky. I think one of the best stocked hotel bars I have ever been in was at Craigellachie, second to that was the Huntly Castle Hotel, a great few days and much sampling fun was had.

I'll shut up now or you will think I'm stalking you lol

The nice thing about Huntly was the owner, his family and staff. Only hotel where I've been told to go behind the bar to have a closer look at the bottles. The attitude was help yourself and we'll sort it out later... And then the breakfasts were yummy too.
