Travel in hope, prepare for disappointment.

I don’t think this game is one I could predict. I just hope the Scotland team don’t turn up like the game vs Germany and we get some of the spirit and swashbuckling of the qualifying games.

I believe in Steve Clarke and the lads, know they can do something and know they want to do it for the fans in Germany and at home.

But let’s see..

For once it's up to us so think positively a dodgy own goal or soft penalty will do fine thanks

Even if we win we are not guaranteed to go through. It will be tight but I'll go with my heart and say 2.1 win

I can't say much about the Scotland game, apart from it's dull, but Switzerland v Germany... how did That team beat Scotland 5-1? They are dire!

Was dunno at the penalty claim but tv going on about it. Saw again and thought the ref did us by refusing VAR.

But it’s gone now

Should have been a penalty but we are used it by now. I think Shankland should have started or come on at half time he showed some great touches and looked sharp

You could write the script ,seen us fuck it up in numerous ways over the years but losing a goal in the 100th minute is a new one.

Stonewall penalty, be interested to hear why no VAR.

There's been innocuous incidents looked at ,for instance ,the game where a goal was chalked off because in the build up it touch a players fingertip.

So all I'm asking is WTF

Did anyone wonder why the referee was Argentinian, referring a European international match?

Did UEFA tell him to knock us out and go home and as Argentina is far away, no one will remember him ?

Maybe they just appointed the best referees they could find that were available. I would rather an Argentinian ref than Kevin Clancy or Willie Collum

He's in Europe to officiate at the Olympic football.
