How would you feel if it was your sibling and he was you? Do you think he’d be angry and you’d lose his friendship?

In regard to the sibling. You can make it known who you are and go ahead (though they could change their mind if they haven’t realised who you are yet).

You could also tell them you don’t want to risk losing your friend if that’s what’s worrying you and be discreet by keeping it to yourself they are here.

Lastly as you’ve said you can block and move on.
