Helensburgh

A fine scottish tradition, wether it's something you've come up with yourself, or a recipe handed down from your grannies grannie, everyone that i know of has some recipe or notion of soup.

So, how do you make yours?

I love making soup. Favourites are probably broccoli or celery because they're both really easy to cook. I make both with mascarpone (rather than stilton with broccoli), it's a great ingredient for a lot of soups.

John would live on soup if he could lol

I make loads of different ones - French onion, broth, chicken and rice, chicken and sweet corn, chicken noodle, spicy butternut squash, sweet potato and leek, lentil and some I've no doubt forgot!

But the favourite is lentil which luckily for me is also the easiest
