New to this scene. I want to try out sex clubs. I'm a 37 year old single male and straight as an arrow. Although I'm very anxious to actually go. I don't know what holds me back whether it's because I'm new or will be alone or both.

Anyone have any advice to overcome? Thanks in advance.

There’s no such thing as a sex club, there’s clubs where sex takes place but it is not guaranteed.

Am sure alot of single guys feel the same even single females, maybe try get to a social and meet people before hand, theres usually stuff on the forums about people meeting up for a drink before heading to a club

As above, we go in with no expectations other than have a good general night out with blethers. Anything else is a bonus, don’t put too much pressure on yourself.

Clubs are not for me but been to Cjs, the social scene is brilliant and everyone is so nice, friendly, chat and make you feel welcome. Go with no expectations and treat everyone with respect. Be clean, presentable and I'm sure you will have a blast, socially or even asked to join in for some fun

I was much the same mate,get yourself booked up and go for it,it is nerve racking attending yourself for the first time but once you getting chatting and socialising with likeminded people you will have a blast

I’ve been to CJs in Glasgow and AD in Edinburgh and the staff at both places were very friendly and welcoming.

Best thing I can suggest is, update profile. Have a bit more to say about you. Chat to people and try and get to one of the socials if possible.

The clubs can fill up quite fast and read the FAQs they have.

Find out if others are foing on certain dates and arrange to meet up prior and chat about things.

If you are polite and follow the rules you can't go wrong. But don't expect sex. If it happens it's a bonus.
