Why people press harder on a remote control when they know the batteries are flat?

Why there is a light in the fridge and not in the freezer?

I would imagine that pointing at one's bum when asking for the toilets could lead to some very unfortunate misunderstandings. Or fortunate misunderstandings if you enjoy such things

Saturday Newspapers with FREE magazines.

Mon to Fri the Daily Mail is 45p. On Saturday you get a FREE magazine but the same paper costs 85p. So that FREE magazine has cost you 40p...

Car showrooms and double glazing firms that offer FREE credit.....when the cash price is LESS than the financed price...

Here's a tip. If a business offers FREE credit...say you don't need it and want to pay cash.

Then when they give you the cash price say you've changed your mind and now want the interest free loan....and watch their face...

Garages and double glazing firms often times charge a hidden premium for supposed interest free loans which they have to subsidise to the credit company...
