Nothing more relaxing than a nice hot relaxing bath or shower & a well executed massage. Starting from the lower sections & working up through the muscles, relieving any knots & tensions in the legs, buttocks, back & pushing them up the spine, then dispersing them through the arms, shoulders & neck, finishing off by dispersing them through the scalp. Followed up by a quiet relaxing period listening to some chill out music. Total bliss.

You sound like my other half. Despite buying all sorts of massage aids he's not good at them. I like giving em but never get a decent one back. I bet there's a few couples like that. I can actually fall asleep when I get a good one. Lol!
