I used to know a guy that worked in a 24 hour Asda (Pre-pandemic) and he always said that the disabled loos were the go-to place for quickies, by staff or customers.

I had a similar experience in college, a girl and I were just FWB and we were in between exams had some free time, didn't use a disabled toilet because there was a single use toilet in a part of the building which wasn't accessible or suitable for a disabled person, was fun.
