I used to but haven’t been out in far too long and every time I go to the garage I feel guilty for such a great bike not being used as it should be but I need to change that and get out on it again !!

I'm currently trying to hit 100 miles a week by cycling back and forth from work and going out to bowling/local lomond once a week along the canal.

Wouldn't mind so company sometime

We mountain bike. Like to go to Gravelfoyle (Aberfoyle)

Have gone from Aberfoyle to Stronachlachar a few times...decent coffee and bacon roll there at the pier cafe.

Love my cycling. Currently in Costa Blanca with some friends for a weeks road biking getting in 60-70 miles a day. Always great to get away off season for some winter sun cycling.

Also really enjoy gravel biking and regularly got to Aberfoyle

not sure why the question marks came up in last comment.

Good effort getting out that often. I'm managing about once every 2 weeks

Well done. That's a big distance while on holiday. As long as you're getting post ride recovery cards

I got a mountain bike about 7 years ago, after not having been on a bike in 15years, then my mate (a keen biker) suggests we go to glentress, non the wiser, I'm like great, a cycle on my new bike, so 1st of all , getting to the top was a mission, come down the blue run , halfway down and I'm thinking " this is easy" next thing I know, I'm face down eating gravel, sold the bike after that

Yeah if I don't I'd be a proper fattie, rather than the stocky I am now!
