I’m trying to draw a list together of good support groups for men that deal with depression, stress, dealing with death, ptsd in relation to the work I do in the real world.

If any gent has used or knows of a good support group could they add it here or message me privately.

Theres a guy a know started a group up called "clear the head" you can find them on fb and the meet on a monday night at a church hall in shettleston

Truth is go and talk too Some1 who is Fookin Medical. I would assume u have/ have not.

But as on Forum thsy will give GOOD/ ORB BAD Advice. I would go there 1st

Considering I’m not a man if I asked someone ‘Fookin Medical’ I might get looked at kind of funny.

But if I’ve been given names of places by people that have used their services I can check them out myself, before passing the details on.
