"I definitely want to start that this year "

If your first time, depends on location, look for simplistic hillwalking areas to get you started and grow from there, cant tell you how it gripped me and I love it now.

Everyone needs to be respectful of what we have, Scottish hillwalking is amazing, walking in absolutely beautiful countryside and hills and mountains but can also be hard and dangerous especially if not prepared correctly.

I've done it for years and even I get caught out at times.

As I'm typing this I'm even thinking where I want to go next

Wishing everyone breathtaking times and memeories that will live forever

Before you go hill walking get yourself a decent pair of boots and two pairs of socks.

If you feel unsafe or you can’t complete the Munro. Turn back you can come back another day to try again.

Try Conic first at Balmaha. Nice big carpark so no issues parking. Conic gives you spectacular views of loch lommond.
