Sorry for jumping on but I totally get you with the arthritis pain and restless legs and thought I’d put in my two pence worth! So my experience has been that magnesium has 100% helped with the restless legs, dunno why but this is definitely better after taking it for a period of time. Also a very clever nurse friend of mine suggested vitamin d which helps with inflammation, I haven’t been taking it long enough to see if there’s a difference but maybe some food for thought? I don’t want to go down the arthritis medication road (I’m going to have to) but I take so many supplements I probably rattle lol

I only get the restless legs now and again so it’s not too bad it’s more the arthritic pain that keeps me awake . I’ve got it in my shoulder , knees ,hips & foot . I take vitamins daily too including vitamin D I take osteocare vitabiotics . Waiting to see the surgeon for my shoulder & seeing my orthopaedic doctor on the 14th for my knee pain so hoping he with give me a cortisone injection & possibly refer me to surgeons as my knees are definitely getting worse

I hope you do some some relief somewhere misses I hve rheumatoid arthritis so a bit different but still bloody sore and brain frying x
