I’d avoided the diary of a CEO for ages but he’s actually really good.

I do a lot of attachment and human behaviour pods, file on 4 and the speaking of sex with the pleasure mechanics

If I’m driving I tend to listen to a lot of the bbc sounds podcasts. I’ve gave up listening to the radio it’s to repetitive

Andrew Huberman can be very interesting, all health related and psychology type stuff.

Anything with Peter Atilla is good too.

Louise Perry is good for a lot of relevant issues for women and women's rights.

The Queen's Speech with Clive Simpson & Dennis Kavanagh.
