If I've asked to see someone's face, I'll always return a pic, it's only fair. Tis definitely a double standard otherwise xx

I've found that the ones who don't show pics of themselves aren't usually single. So annoying that they expect you to chat to a faceless person and want to see you but won't show themselves. X

What is the etiquette for when they send a face pic and your just not into them, do you send one back and then be like sorry but not for me? That feels harsh I dunno I always worry over that.

I think a polite reply is preferable to a 'Here's what you could have won' photo

They're talking about sending face pics via pm. The vast majority of people don't have public face pics.

I got knocked back recently where after chatting and I’d sent a face pic, the couple said ‘they just weren’t feeling the vibe’. Absolutely fine with that, not everyone is for everyone!

Expecting a woman to publicly have her face on the profile is exactly the attitude not to have chump

Exactly, someone who won't show me their face via messages after ive sent mine but suggests to go to Snapchat makes me think that they aren't single (a few have admitted it when I questioned them) its so easy to upload pics on this so the excuses dont work with me x

It’s the people who demand photos but won’t show theirs as they’re professionals…

Professional what? Professional idiots?

This has just happened to us… Chatting for a bit, all sounded good. He asked to see a face pic, I said yes (if he could send one in return), then the fanny disappeared. Rude AF. A polite, not feeling the vibe would have been sufficient. His loss for sure!

Some people are just on here for the wrong reasons ie: not to meet.

Just block these kind of people

They didn’t block me. Quite possible they couldn’t respond straight away, but understandably most people would take that as a knock back. Anyway, I know we’re definitely not ugly

Yeah, it's something that we feel a bit uneasy with. We're guilty of sending back a pic when we know it's going no further. I think it's more out of courtesy.

Wouldn't say its the wrong reasons. Just different reasons to you. So therefore incompatible. Not wrong

Happy to share a face pic in a message or friends add, I do not put on public pics tho.

Totally agree double standard when someone asks for a pic but will not do the same

I don’t have a face pic public anymore purely for work reasons and where I live (small town) when I did have someone told my ex who used it against me.. I’m happy to share once chatted and there are some on my profile if we become friends… not every silhouette profile is a cheater

100% agree with the OG on this, as a single guy on here it's hard enough at the best of times and if u speak out about things that annoy u then u get shot down in flames in a public forum. Nice to see so many folk agree on something
