So I had a great dinner yesterday. Roast beef, crunchy roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, peas, carrots and loads of thick rich meaty gravy. Sounds great right?

Only trouble was when I finished I had the piss taken out of me because I sat there and said 'I feel fat!!'

Ever felt like that after a meal???

Feel fat all the time. Probably the daily bar of chocolate or full tubs of ice cream don't help..
