There is a new one opening in Glasgow in March in the Merchant City. Great offer on if you use the discount code TMLIF. I got a cabin room for £120 but the Suites look ace for an orgy.

Central Belt

The Edinburgh layout looks too difficult to sneak folk in for swinging antics. Door to the rooms is right next to reception, and from what I saw there's always someone manning it. Hopefully the Glasgow setup is better for such things.

Has anyone stayed at the one in Edinburgh? If so, what’s it like?

We like the one in Edinburgh as it’s quirky but tbh it’s gotten expensive over last year and not really worth going back for us anyway. We don’t mind paying for a nice hotel but there are nicer for similar prices

It's a great experience if you can justify the cost.

Been a few years since I was there and prices last time I looked were crazy

Dazza from YouTube and other social media sites reviewed the Edinburgh one, and for me, the Sticky Floor would be offputting.

I found it pretty claustrophobic and not worth the money

The code adds the additional package for free with drinks/breakfast etc

I went to the Edinburgh one when it opened. Only problem was the Air Con had packed and it was June. Other than that loved it.

Rooms were small according to a friend who has been to the Edinburgh HoG.

The Glasgow one is in Glassford St. It’s close to Polo Lounge and AXM and isn’t the quietest of places for bin lorries, emergency services, etc. They seem to be vague on giving room sizes unlike most hotels.

It’s a converted building which at one time was Peckhams and later a Chinese restaurant on the ground floor. I can’t even see if it has a lift.

House of Gods Edinburgh rooms are really small. I was asked to do a photoshoot there and couldn't get half of my kit and me in the room.

I look forward to seeing the reviews. It’s a lovely building that it’s in.
