Brechin

As a result of the isolation age etc I've started to struggle with my weight

I'm currently looking for someone who might be in the same situation and thinking or am attending and going on regular training in or around Brechin

Just to get me started and forcing me out if my sofa and get me started on a healthier lifestyle

So in short a regular gym buddy helping me to push me get going

No sexual thoughts behind this. Only friendship

Mate why don't you book a personal trainer, Puregym does that.

Could do, I'll look into it, but I will still prefer a gym friend as then its not as easy to skip it. More pressure to go to the gym rater than having a trainer

But will have a look and thanks for the suggestion

I've found my PT invaluable, I have 2 chronic conditions that I told him about at the very start so he was able to work out plans for my capabilities.

Never ever ever pay for a PT at Pure Gym. Never ever waste your money. They are mostly ones out of a 12 week crash course and your training program will be lifted from the NASM Personal Training book.

Look for an online PT buddy, one where you can find client feedback and a strong online presence. Some of the good ones now have their own apps and will cost fairly close to that of a Pure Gym one
