Athletic men in the gym without a shirt... Would you like to be able to exercise at other gyms...? Or would it be too distracting?

Just the norm in the gym I'm at where everyone wears as little clothing as possible. Not a distraction, but it's always a good for a power when you're suffering after.

In the west.

I haven't seen any guys shirtless at the gym I go to. Although I have seen some who seem to be dressed for winter with all the layers they have on.

Train some stuff in the gym without a top on and usually take my t shirt off to cool down in the summer. I don’t see anything wrong with it as long as you clean machines/benches down that you’ve been on

My sentiments entirely! The bloody looks I get when I walk in to Bannatynes wearing a polo neck and my favourite balaclava!

Dyna - If you were fit as fuck with a rather large appendage, would you work out in your birthday suit?

I think it's creepy when guys go topless on the gym floor. There is an arrogance with certain men that they believe women or anyone else want to see their bodies, when everyone is at a gym for other reasons.

I don't mind if men go topless but I've never seen it.

You're at the wrong kinda gym... Should try a CrossFit gym, everyone's topless

In the past when I was a regular gym goer I was more interested in what I was doing and not what everyone else was doing so it wouldn't bother me x

Never been impressed with guys who take their tops off in commercial gyms (bodybuilding specific gyms and CrossFit boxes I can maybe understand).

But to do that where your average gym guy/gal is seems like poor gym etiquette in my opinion.

Never seen that in our gym. Everyone is pretty respectful of each other.

My gym has a room with mirrors for the guys who compete of which there are a good few but never on the gym floor.
