If you're looking for a mixed sauna 'with benefits' then as far as I know there aren't any in Glasgow or Edinburgh. Nothing comparable to the likes of Rio's in London for example.

A number of saunas in Edinburgh regularly appear in the local press as being involved in criminal activity involving trafficked women.

Whilst nothing has been proved, as far as I know, this would suggest they're places for hetty entertainment - at a price.

Saunas and gyms are notorious gay haunts...i got a message last week from a guy asking me what gym i attended...i was like...mate im unfit as fuck i dont go to any gyms...he says i coulda swore i seen that cock in my gym!

The sauna at the gym i go to is usually empty and you even get a clear view of the totty in the pool, guest pass £7 and includes gym, pool, sauna, steam room and a towel thrown in as well.
