Highlander bar is good for traditional music.

Rnb’s for karaoke

The Gellions for a range of live music and craic

Jonny Foxes is always a decent shout too.

If you are looking to meet specifically then I would suggest MacCallums...saying this, I haven't been out in Inverness in a while
