Has anyone else been to the exhibition? What are your thoughts on the experience?

I went last week with Fab friends. We really enjoyed it. Quite thought provoking when you read about the images and how they came about.

It’s definitely not to be missed.

PM me if you’ve any questions.

I definitely wouldn't say it's not to be missed. In short, it is photographs of his graffiti with a blurb beside it giving a bit of info on the piece.

The shredded art explanation and video was good but to experience the art for what it is, I'd recommend the Banksy walking tour in Bristol.

This is the first official Banksy exhibition in 14 years which is why I said it wasn’t to be missed. I think you missed the point of the exhibition.

Can you explain?

And isn't it ironic, don't you think?

It's like rain on your wedding day

It's a free ride when you've already paid

It's the good advice that you just didn't take

And who would've thought it, it figures

outside your bedroom window ;-)

I really enjoyed it, some.of his/hers/their work is quite funny. Twist on the modern day isn't a bad thing and if it gets you thinking.

For me the story about the last balloon in dismal land was really funny.

I'm going with not to be missed to

Isn't that ironic.

Up My Own Arse Apparently

Was thinking of going as my youngest is very much into art. Maybe tick it off the to do list before they're back at school.

I did particularly enjoy the shredded painting part and the description of his little mermaid sculpture.

There is just something about exposing the pretentiousness of art critics

Enjoyed it. Lucky, not too busy when I went. The bedroom at the end gave me fond flash back ...

The bus with the cuddly toys freaked me out though - no likey

Good exhibition

We both really enjoyed it but agree that the bus with the cuddly toys was a bit disconcerting.

The police helmet like a disco ball reminded us of a guy that goes to TG with mirrored squares glued to his head.

Would definitely recommend
