If you're playing on iPhone and you run out of lives, go to SettingsGeneralDate and Time and then turn of set automatically. You'll then be prompted to set the time. Set the time 4 hours in advance and go back and open up Candy Crush and voila you'll have your lives back with no delay. Go back to settings and turn set automatically back on and when you go back to the app your new lives will still be there.
