"I get severe reactions when the pollen count is high... well I did until this Saturday just gone. Loratadine & Cetirizine based tablets do nothing for me... Just got some of the new Fexofenadine based tablets (120mg) and within about 90mins after taking one my symptoms disappeared... For me these are the best thing since "sliced bread" "Treathay" 120mg by Galpharm £4.67 for a 30 tab pack. The Allevia are just a very expensive "brand name" variant. The doctors may prescribe a stronger dose, 180mg if required. " Was just about to suggest Fexofenadine.

"Locally sourced honey. That’s honestly your answer, it works. I’m always a pure snotter bomb but started the local honey during covid and I hardly ever need a piriton now. " A teaspoon a day keeps the hayfever away!
