"What is wrong with the switch? Is it a pull cord that isn't pulling properly? Is it jammed? Changing it is soooo easy to do if it's a faulty switch. All you have to do us switch off the power and make a note of which wire is where before you take it off and hen put the new one back exactly the same way. If you have trip switches on your fuse box like you should have then it will trip out if you get it wrong " The thing you have to be careful with when replacing high amperage equipment is make sure the terminals are correctly tightened , if not arcing can occur which can lead to a fire | |||
