At least it's a way of deciding on whether to meet someone, if their lying its just not worth it, and if there stupid enough to publish verifications contradicting info on he profile it's there own fault for missing out on meets

I'm straight and not into guys but got propositioned yesterday by a gay guy. I thanked him and told him it wasn't for me but I still don't know why he propositioned me. It quite clearly says straight not bi on my profile. Whilst I have absolutely no problem whatsoever with people doing what they want to do I don't see the point in lying about it. Be honest and true to yourself and you will find what you are looking for. Lie and you'll get nothing

I think you're right, I think it makes them bi but they don't want to put it on their profile in case it lessens their chances of meets with women

I have heard some girls say they won't play with a Bi guy because they aren't as clean as straight guys and I know a girl who's fb started to make a fuss because she wanted to see a Bi guy. so I can see why some guys would put straight on their profile when they really aren't.

Personally I think that's tosh, being Bi doesn't make you less careful, some people are and some people aren't regardless of their sexual orientation.

I think you are spot on. Your sexuality has nothing p do with whether you are careful or not. But it's some people's perceptions that may be the reason why some guys feel the need to lie rather than be honest about it

I replied on a thread months ago saying that everyone male and female finds themselves on a sexuality scale say of 1 to 10 where:-

1 = 100% gay/lesbian 24/7

5 = 100% bisexual 24/7

10 = 100% hetero 24/7

Some people may not move from their position but some - perhaps most will fluctuate between 1 and 10.

I consider myself 5 - bisexual but as the seasons change, I sometimes lean more to gay and sometimes lean more to hetero.

Personally I think the str8/bi/gay options on Fab are too restrictive which explains why some peeps genuinely change sexuality status on fab.

I mean take s straight guy who has only ever had fun with females - he places himself as 10 but then he whether by design o accident experiences male touch during during an mmf - say the lady wants to suck both at once with result that both cocks make contact and that experience excites and intrigues to the point of exploring further.

I think also that there is another angle. Thinking of the mmf - are they meeting purely for mutual consensual sex or is there a sub/dom undertone. Who is the dominant, the alpha? The dynamics can and do alter one's perspective of sexuality.

On the sub/dom issue there is also the issue of whether one's view of sexuality is directed by real vanilla life xperience or whether by any fetish/ fantasy experience.

I mean there are many who are the alpha straight male in real life but are the submissive bisexual/gay in the fantasy meets. Perhaps it is when real life role play and fantasy role play morph together that causes many to question or deny their sexuality.

This subject gets on my fake tits , as can be seen from my profile.

Any straight guy that wants to meet me for sex is bisexual at least. I'm not convincing to be anything other than a tv. I'm not a Thai ladyboy who you'd have to package check to tell the difference. So the excuse that it's ok as I look like a woman just doesn't cut it. I still have rather a fine dick in my knix.

Also, the excuse "it's not gay if you only give it" is bollocks too!

I'll concede that a guy going out with a transexual is a different matter. As transexuals are women born in the wrong body. So those that go out with a TG are fine.

But the assertion that men only put straight down so as not to lessen their chances with women and couples is true. I've had guys say so to me.

And to be fair to the guys for a bit, I don't get why women in particular who are looking for single men won't meet bi guys? Unless we told you, you wouldn't be any the wiser. If the answer is because you think we're less masculine then that's rubbish. Bi guys aren't usually screaming queens or effeminate in any way. If you met me on a night out (in guy mode of course) you wouldn't have a clue that I was Bi without asking. And the cleanliness argument is crap too. You can be unsafe whichever sexuality you are.

Couples I can understand, as it's usually the guy worried that we might want to touch his wee Willy, and that's because there's still a bullshit perception that we can't stop ourselves.

So there's a lot of lying on one side of the argument and a lot of prejudice on the other, that's the way I see it anyway. I'm sure others see it differently.

There have been a few comments about the cleanliness/carefullness of Bi and Gay guys on this thread.

The latest recorded figures for 2011/12 show the highest ever increase in HIV in the Bi/Gay community. The report also estimated that there are at least 25,000 bi and gay men who have HIV and dont know it.

This is not opinion or judgement it is fact however unsavoury it may seam.

It is sad in this day and age that anyone should not be comfortable about their own sexuality , all the more so if they do not have the confidence to mention it in this arena.

I agree with another poster that there is a continuous spectrum rather than just the discreet labels we use.

I'd class myself as a 9 on that scale.

Hetro but confident and comfortable enough with intimate male contact in a mfm situation, it does not bother me in the least, but also it does nothing for me whatsoever.

For the record... I'm 100% straight.

But I can't understand why some guys would want to pretend to be straight if they are really bi-curious.

This is a swingers site ffs. We are all open minded adults on here, so be honest.

Anyone ever trace the veris back to their owners profile? I seem to always find a 'straight' guy that has been sucked/sucked off a gay or bi guy.

Guys be honest. Some girls like bi guys.
