The world economy has gone to the dogs yet Glasgow city coucil has decided the best use of £60000000 is to do up George square. Is that really the best use of such a some of money?

Glasgow

Glasgow City Council's fault for the world economy? That's a bit leftfield. I never considered them responsible for the banking meltdown. And it's closer to £15M, not £60M. Still a lot of money but best get the facts right.

I heard that what people do now, they go into stores and scan the barcodes with their phones and then go online to find it cheaper...sorry to say but the internet is killing the high street! I guess were all tryn to save a quid here n there and if you can get it cheaper and delivered to your door, well....!

Ah but some things can't be bought online without seeing them first - underpants for instance.....
