No idea, I'm lost. Damn Sat nav!

Anyone on it and fancy buddying up for some moral support ?

I started just before christmas and have lost 7 and a half lbs so far

Im not on weight watchers but started the gym and healthy(er) eating. Im not aiming to lose much weight, more to tone up a bit.

Biggest thing with diets is keep positive even if you have a bad week and put on a bit and stick at it

Exercise,

Burn more calories than you take in.

I lost 2 stone in 2012.

Well done! You must have some will power if you started before Christmas and lost weight. I have never stuck to a diet. Love eating too much.

Well done! You must have some will power if you started before Christmas and lost weight. I have never stuck to a diet. Love eating too much.

Thank you firday was my first weigh in after christmas and new year and i put on 1lb hoping to take that off this week

I did it years,ago after my 1st boy lost 7 st doing that and swimming...good luck the hard work is worth it in the end....

Diet plans and clubs only work whilst you are in them. Walk more and eat less for ever or its a sure thing you will put it all back on again
