Most rose is just a normal white wine (or champagne) with some red mixed into it then sold at a higher price.

The things you learn on a wine tasting day. lol

Rosé has always struck me as a drink for the sunny outdoors overlooking water.

I can't imagine drinking rosé in a Glasgow pub or restaurant or even by the fireside.

I like all 3 depending on what the ocassion

rose a nice sit indoors with the girls kinda wine

white wine on a night out or with a nice meal in a restaurant lambrini goes a treat with vodka helps me get merry

and the horror !!!!!

Chilled red wine for a nice meal indoors

Not really into wine anymore, will have a glass with a meal but that's it.

Was given a piece if advice once that actually rang true which was you can't go wrong with a Rioja over three years old. Strange but true.

It's probably better if you wait till you're at least in your mid-teens

I don't touch alcohol at all these days but in days gone by was very partial to a Tuscan red.

Montelpulciano eapecially

Others I would suggest being Faustino which is a nice Spanish

For a cheap chilled white for those warm lazy afternoons around the B-B-Q in an urban Glasgow back yard try a Vino Sol

Fridays and Saturdays when hanging with the Homeys try a nice Buckfast.

Aussie cool valley Pinot Noir or Pinot Grigio.Gotta be cool valley areas - prefer Yarra valley.

I am really a red person so here goes:

Australian: Grange Hermitage

Chilean: Montes Alpha

French: Chateau Lynch Bages

Italian: Biondi Santio from Montalcino

Napa: only done a limited amount of visiting there but Francis Ford Coppola's reserve wines are to die for

South African: Zorgvleit Richelle

Scotland: Whisky from Skye lol

Seriously though, I always have red. I like a nice chase du rhone or chateaux neuf de pape when I have the money. I prefer a fruit, full bodied red.

I don't like wine at all - unless it's fizzy and even then it gives me heartburn

M&S used to do a nice sparkly rose but is very difficult to get now xx
