Soooo defrosted a tub of chilli I made for the kids a while back, hadn’t actually tried it myself at the time as I wasn’t feeling too grand ooooft it’s a spicy one !!

Buuut at least I got what I thought I’d defrosted !!

Went to defrost steak for making a steak pie the other week and it was leg of lamb in gravy lol which actually goes wel with puff pastry lol

Little bit of sour cream mixed through it should cool it down a bit unless they annoy you lol

Defrosted a tub of Bolognese to go with pasta last week. Turned out that it was BBQ shredded chicken, that definitely didn't go with pasta. Ended up ordering a kebab, from an Indian, that was delivered in a pillow case.
