Anyone been to or organised a mini social? A meet where maybe 4 or 5 couples get together for a social in a bar. No charges, no tickets just meeting up in a bar for some drinks and seeing how everyone gets along. Pretty informal but maybe a good way to meet new people without going to a club or waiting for one of the large socials.

Yes, both.

Pre club socials happen a lot, some regularly & some on a larger scale. It is a good way to meet if you are nervous about going in for the 1st time.

Meant just a mini social as in the whole night is just a social with no trip to a club. Haven’t seen anything like this advertised in forums but maybe missed it.

Yes we’d expect a 50% turnout or less as people always pull out of things. More so on Fab .

We went to that one and as a result made some very good friends we had never met before... a fantastic night.
