Used to celebrate it in style with a big party here but now it's just a quiet one but have decided on a log cabin for next hogmany

i have never celebrated it ,always had the kids so always been tucked up early,this year we are heading to infusions to hopefully fuck it in with style

usually i try do something at new year, but this year i think it'll be very quiet. just like christmass i think i'll be indoors with door locked and just raise a wee glass at midnight for ma wee maw, and say goodbye to the worst year an look forward to next year with some trepidation

I love Hogmanay! In previous years it's been an excuse to get all the family together for a ceilidh but this year we're headed to Belfast to see what mischief we can rustle up there.

It's also Kaylee's birthday on Hogmanay (despite my lobbying to have it changed to some time in the summer) so friends, kilts, Little Black Dresses and Prosecco until the sun comes up!
