North Lanarkshire

Heading into Glasgow city centre for lunch tomorrow and looking for some ideas of where to go for food. We always end up in the same places - Miller and Carter, Halloumi, Bar Soba or bloody Wetherspoons if we can't decide!!!!

Open to any kind of food.

Thanks

I love DiMaggio’s on Exchange Square, La Lanterna at the Argyll St end of Hope Street, Nippon Kitchen on West George Street or Viva Brazil on Bothwell St if you’re in the mood for meat lol

Mrs

Thanks "

Pizza Punks - ST Vincent Street (they also do pasta) its a ‘make your own’, for both the pizza and pasta. Good music too.

Auto correcting “Ox”. It is very good to excellent.

Babs and the Crab Shack. Could be shak cause it’s trendy.

"The ubiquitous chip!"

Stretching the city centre a bit

But if we're doing that, you may as well go to Unalome or Cail Bruich, the 2 Michelin.starred places in Glasgow.

It is! Recently been bought over by a pub chain though, so no doubt the quality will go majorly downhill.

Another vote for babs cracking place especially for veggies.

Amore is on the slightly pricier side but lovely, al fresco tables in summer are nice.

La vita spuntini

Roma in Bath street

And finally mine and daughters favourite -

Nippon kitchen (W George st between yo! And Wagamama but more authentic Japanese dining experience) love it there must go again not been in a while.
