A club owner should be doing all they can to help their clientele, sending them to a Web page when you could have easily given the info required here is not the way to do things.. if you want people to support you maybe give them a little more detail.

We went at the start of the year and wasn't overly impressed. But when we saw new management and some investment happening we thought we'd give it another try (even offered to help you with the website). But this lack of a marketing and poor interactions like the one above will only alienate us and others.

I feel you need a reset and for someone else to do the promotional work. I'm sure you mean well and it's just your style of writing, but if you want to make the place feel welcoming and a step up from the previous place, then a little more effort is needed.
