No,

I said I recognised him. Knew who he was and that I’ll be discrete but that’s I was blocking him

Dependant on their own preferences it may not happen.

Some folk don't like playing with folk they know from "real" life.

I've had a few instances where I've met another TV and I've know nthem, or they know me, but it's nover been in a "play" situation. It all just comes down to discretion after that.
