When you get messaged read and don't delete, does this mean it's a possible or just so they don't message you again?

There could be loads of reasons they haven’t replied .

If you don’t hear anything after a few days assume they don’t want to chat

Me personally..i delete my messages I like a clean box

As above said if you havnt had a reply in a cpl of days..take it they ain't interested.
