Most messages you get are a waste of time or abusive / creepy. It's a lot of time / effort to clear them constantly and find the very rare gems.

If you want to make genuine swinging friends and get regular meets going, you're best to get yourself along to events. It's much easier to see if you quickly have a connection with someone or a group and then take it from there. Plus you meet loads of people in one night, while having a couple of drinks or a dance so there's nothing to lose. Far more time efficient than needing a babysitter or have to constantly find time to meet each potential person or couple, with all the build up and possible let downs etc.

Unfortunatly given the nature of the site, I think you're more likely to get one-off offers,or folk tht say they want more, but will ghost you after they've got what they want from a meet.

I was recently told by someone that this isn't a dating site, and they look for proper dates elsewhere, and the kinky stuff here. In their ideal world they'll find someone that can also accept (or join in) their fun from here.

Like others have said, your working hours may limit your meets a little, but you never know, you may end up finding someone with similar shifts to yourself. It's all about sorting through the rest, and as you've mentioned 100+ messages a day I know how tough that is going to be.

I get so much mail fae people over 100miles away .even tho it states .im looking for localish .iv asked fab to put a message filter in to stop that .. i go thru mail straight away and delete any that aint in scotland ..i try to keep up with mail ..it gets repetitive tho ."wana fuck" "i want to use u" "how much" just dick photos saying hey. We still chat with couples that we’ve met and are always up for another meet with them.

Did have a long term kind of relationship but after a while we were all looking to take things in different directions so we kind of parted ways.

It doesn’t take long for things to go “stale” and one person is wanting to push things. "

I can imagine things can go stale quite quickly. One of my real life friends is on here with her partner, we were friends before we both discovered we were into the lifestyle. We haven’t hooked up for anything other than social meets though. And then we’ve got to know another couple quite well, and I’ve become good friends with the female - we both just clicked and are totally on the same wavelength. And then there’s the countless fleeting chats etc with others…all part of the fun I guess lol

We had to block single guys from contacting us because it was just a bit much, which is a shame because we’d love to get to know folk on a similar wavelength - couples, women AND men - for regular meets, social or otherwise. It’s a case of the minority spoiling it for the majority unfortunately

There’s definitely friendships to be made, and it’s lovely that you’ve had these experiences - long may they continue! I have two real life friends on here - one I knew before I discovered we were both into this the other I met through Fab. J & I are still fairly new to this as a couple so I guess it just takes time. Just keep being you - we’ve found it a challenge trying to get to know genuine people. We are relaxed and laid back, and both have a sense of humour…we just want to have fun with people on a similar wavelength. We had to block single guys from contacting us, as I said in another reply, which is a shame because we aren’t against getting to know single guys lol. Just the minority ruin it for the majority

The hope for me has always been to find a regular FWB or even FB. But finding that click and connection, someone comfortable to cuddle and chat with and not just have sex is hard. So many different opinions on what a FWB is - so much so I had to put my definition on my profile! lol

A lot of time and effort goes into finding a lady to meet with... why waste all that time for a one off?

Well yes and no - there’s not much he can do about contacting profiles that block single males, like ours. Ideally we wouldn’t have single males blocked but there’s so many time wasters it’s easier for us to be on the lookout for guys who catch our eye to get to know.
