In the west.

I go Monday to Thursday then maybe one day at the weekend or out on my bike.

I need to find a better time to go as it's getting too busy after work.

How's it a rut if you're enjoying it and benefiting from it?

I was meaning in a rut of going to the gym rather than watching TV etc, its a good rut.

I use TheGym because I work all over the UK and they're pretty much everywhere.

Tend to do a heavy weights session in the morning before work and if I have time a light stretching or cardio session after work.

Anyone use The Glasgow Central location? Back home next week so it'll be the first time I've used that one

Not 6 days but used to go about 3 or 4 days. Not been for ages and since I lost my dog I'm not getting anywhere near as much exercise as I'd like. Need to get back into it.

Me - eating an entire pack of Oreo’s as I read this

We go twice per week but occasionally more if we’re bored. Don’t think I could manage 6 times.

Normally around five days a week... Body needs a rest every so often!

That's where the spa comes into its own
