How much sleep do you get ?

ever since we joined this site we are loosing out of sleep down to about 5 hours a night the last few weeks hope we can get a bit more when all the excitement has calmed down a bit lol

I get very little sleep. I have too much on my mind at the moment and it is keeping me awake.

Maybe i get 2 hours unbroken sleep, with naps inbetween.

Its not much fun for sure. For instance, last night i was awake until 2am this morning, same pattern sleep, and up to go to work at 7am.

I am not sleeping great at the moment either. Got a lot going on in my life just now and thats having an impact. Lucky if i am getting 3 hours a night without waking up

I wouldnt mind so much, but im on painkillers for shoulder and back pain, that are meant to 'cause drowsiness' and they not even helping in that department.

Just need to down the bad booze! lol!

Been there was on tramadol for my back never slept for days with them grr

Sleep whats sleep ive had no set sleep pattern for years any ideas that might help they say as u get older u dont need as much sleep but ive been like this for at least 15 yrs

I had not slept properly for about a Yr.

due to haveing a mad crazy cough.

Finaly had a scan and found out what it was.on Treatment.and finaly Im sleeping like a log. yeaaaa!

and Not coughing as bad. still 6weeks of treatment. so will be on top of the world when finished. and no cough.

Ohhh it was a cracker .Thought I was bringing up me lungs.lol.

But alls great now. And sleeping fab.xxxx
