Too many to list, indeed he was a musical genius.

If you ever heard Clapton talk about him, it just re affirms how much of a genius he was.

However, I still maintain tgat in terms of technical ability, page still edges it as the best guitarist, Hendrix wins it on originality!

I remember an interview with Clapton where he said Townsend kept raving about this American guitarist, saying the guy was a god, Clapton was like 'Yeah sure' until Townsend took Clapton to see Hendrix play, Claptons jaw hit the floor like a lead balloon!
