I’ve just been speaking with LeiaOrgana and how there hasn’t been a Dundee social for ages so we were planning on organising one. We were thinking of drinks in a pub at the beginning of October but wanted to gauge interest before finalising on that option. The problem with that is it will be difficult to have a conversation with a live band playing, so probably not the best idea.

This is true however it could be secretly blended within a venue that I would be playing so that there's absolutely no charge and everyone can attend and the secretly word is "ARE YOU HAVING A FAB TIME" making it even more exciting rather than the usual run of the mill gathering.

As we've already said a live music venue is not what we are looking for but nothing stopping you organising your own event, there's clearly enough interest in Dundee for more events. Hope it goes well

Hello all!

Sorry for the delay in sorting things out, but all is a go now.

The Dundee social will take place on Saturday 1st Oct, as it's just a drinks night rather than a big party we don't want to wait too long.

We will be taking a £5 per head deposit which will be returned as a drink behind the bar. I will send you all the PayPal details over the weekend.

Location will be central and sent to all attendees the morning of the social.
