The cleanliness thing should never be an issue, unless the guy is a real troglodyte or has phimosis.

Even in my backwater village, during sex education in Primary school, we had been informed about how to clean it.

Personally I have been "cut" for medical reasons, and I prefer the look of it.

I was cut at a young age, I used to be anxious about being different. Growing up etc in the showers at school. Was always worried about what my first girlfriend would think, she never batted an eyelid. Nobody ever has, some have commented about it being cleaner.
