When you get all tucked in at night, do you have some light on, have the tv on, have music on, have silence?

I always have some background music, not too loud. 2nite its the soft, soothing voice of Mark Kozelek.

Here comes sleep.....

I have top gear on as background noise. Can't sleep for the full night through anyway, so when I wake up i can watch it.

Nothing on and dark

Watched a film incedious which was a 15 ........how it got that I don't know slept we ma glow worm for a week after lol
